How to place an order:
It's very simple to order from Inspirational Gifts, When you have chosen which product you wish to have your artwork inserted into, let us know the product code number. Then let us know the quantity you would like and whether you have artwork already, this is to ensure we supply an acurate quote.

Once the quote is agreed, We require full payment before we start work on the design, once payment is recieved send us any artwork / logo you may have and what text you would like added.
When we have finished the design we will e-mail you a copy of the artwork for your approval.
[Please ensure the artwork sent to us is as high resolution as possible to achieve the best results.]
Once approved we start the manufacturing process of your products, Turn around time is normaly about a Week depending on the size of the order.

If you wish us to design a logo from scratch then the delivery time will be longer, there is also a charge for the logo design service on top of the promotional products. We would love to include logo design in the price of the products but we're afraid the time involved is quite substantial.

Delivery:
The delivery method will vary depending on the quantity ordered, we may use 1st class recorded, or special delivery via Royal Mail, or we may use a courier.
